Head, Heart and Hand Holiday’s was bought to life by Emma Hawkins who invested over a decade studying & practicing in the broad area of tourism, sociology, life coaching, counselling, self-development, meditation & energy healing.

Emma discovered for herself the importance of adopting a holistic approach to life and developed a tried and tested method she’s termed “Head, Heart & Hand.”

“In today’s busy Western society many people are disconnected from their feelings and are stuck in their heads. There’s a beautiful flow to life when our head, heart and hands are aligned. When our minds are peaceful we can live more freely in our heart space and when we’re in that heart space it feels natural to be in service to others.

I’ve found the quickest way to return people to their heart space is to have them be in service to those less fortunate.

Suddenly we have people feeling again… experiencing feelings of compassion, connection and gratitude. When people are in their heart space they make a difference simply by being present. It’s such an honour to witness hearts opening.

I imagine a ripple effect spreading all over the world.”

It seems a natural evolution that Head, Heart and Hand Holidays was born out of Emma’s passion for service to humanity, self-development, self-nurture, travel and adventure.

A common destination but your own unique journey.

Our passionate team offer BALANCED holidays combining yoga, meditation, self-nurture, FUN, adventure and hands on voluntary work in Siem Reap, Cambodia. We provide 'volunteers' with a safe, nurturing environment to rest and rejuvenate as well as the opportunity to  make a hands-on sustainable difference in the environment and the lives of those less fortunate.

We'll accompany you to world famous sites and even take you off the beaten track to show you sites that many tourists don't get to see. We'll laugh with you, cry with you and if you're super lucky we may even dance with you...

One thing's for sure... A Head, Heart & Hand Holiday is all about the balance!

At Head, Heart and Hand Holidays we pride ourself on offering holistic, responsible volunteering holidays that benefit both the volunteer and the recipient.

We stand alone in offering personal development for our volunteers as part of their holiday experience.

"Thank you Emma for awakening my shadow and light, for taking me on a journey where I had to face my weaknesses and the things I feared. It is from this journey that I have been able to recognise when I need to take time out to love myself, to re-connect with my head and heart, so what comes from my hands (my expressions and actions to the world) are a positive contribution. Bless you and your path."

"Em, you are such an inspirational lady and I am so grateful to have you in my life. You took me on a life changing journey to Cambodia and now I can honestly say I have found a friend and sista for life! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for showing me love, gratitude, light, resilience and strength. I love you Em"

"I just wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you. Thank you for providing such a wonderful, supportive, loving, majestical adventure. I pondered over attending the Head Heart and Hand Holiday for a couple of months. Needless to say I am so happy I made the decision to join you and all the other beautiful people on this journey. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to share such a beautiful place (Siem Reap) with such wonderful people. All I can say that if someone else is reading this and trying to decide whether or not to attend. DO IT!   I guarantee you will never ever regret it. Only wonder why you didn't do it earlier!  Love ya to bits Em. Xxxx"

"My abundance of gratitude and love right now exists for the recent retreat in Cambodia. What it means for me right now and forever more is that that I now live my life with passion and purpose. It has allowed me to see the amazing person that exists within me, that exists in all of us if this is what we allow and choose our lives to be. We are the magician and masters of our own lives. Once we break through the fear of potential it is only then that we realise we have wings to fly. The wings that have always been there, we just needed to find them. We find the strength, determination and courage to discover the freedom within us that evolves from the only place that we can be and that is from unconditional love. Love ya guts Em."
