We invite you to do our Head, Heart & Hand Ambassador Training Course.

During this 8 week online training course you’ll gain greater awareness of the Head, Heart & Hand philosophy, our vision and what we do and don’t stand for. Not only will you get to know yourself at a much deeper level, you’ll also learn all the ins and outs of what happens behind the scenes on a Head, Heart & Hand Holiday. You’ll discover your personal “why” and how you can use it under the umbrella of our Head, Heart & Hand philosophy. On completion of the training you’ll be an ALIGNED and recognised “Head, Heart & Hand Ambassador” so you can go out into the world and make an integral difference, inspiring others to take the journey from Head to Heart!

Course Modules include:

MODULE 1:

  • Requirements (and perks) of a HH&H Ambassador.

  • Head, Heart & Hand philosophy.

  • Power of Heart-felt intentions.

MODULE 2:

  • Why TRIBE?

  • The role an Ambassador plays in supporting the Facilitator and participants with TRIBE.

  • TRIBE exercises.

MODULE 3:

  • Thought storm: "How can synergy and alignment benefit our team?"

  • Personal Values that drive you.

  • Allowing your personal values to compliment the HH&H values.

MODULE 4:

  • Finding your “WHY”

  • Allowing your personal WHY to compliment our HH&H WHY

  • Showing up in the world as YOU to make a REAL difference.

MODULE 5:

  • History and vision of HH&HH

  • Team profiles

  • How an Ambassador supports the team and participants during a holiday

MODULE 6:

  • Code of Conduct.

  • Why Wash Houses?

  • Cambodia's History

  • Behind the scenes- the truth about the country and voluntourism.

MODULE 7:

  • Why personal responsibility comes first.

  • Courageous, whole-hearted leadership.

  • ALIGNED collaboration. Creating an integral plan to inspire participants and fundraisers.

  • Setting heart-felt intentions and allowing your vibe to work for you.
